Expanded Special Topic
Expanded Special Topic Classes allow two instructors to provide a more in-depth learning experience. The classes can vary in size and may be up to four days. The Expanded Special Topic Classes have a requirement of attendance of one 5-Day Basic Seminar (unless otherwise stated - some require three).
"Meditating on the 26 Safety Energy Locks"- BOULDER, COLORADO
Instructor: Carlos Gutterres ,Michael Wenninger *** Many meditation traditions concentrate on following the Breath or just "Being" the Breath to enhance one's awareness of IT (Infinite Truth). Using the 26 Safety Energy Locks as a mandala of meditation can also reveal an enhanced awareness of these energetic beings and also realize a greater understanding of oneness within the multiple aspects of Jin Shin Jyutsu.
