Majella Delaney was born and raised in Ireland and lives in a small town with her husband and their dog. She values family and enjoys spending time with her four adult children. In her free time she loves to read, hike and spend time in nature.
As a child and young adult she had a desire to work with her hands so she studied physiotherapy and graduated from University College Dublin in 1987 with an honours degree. Developing an interest in the brain and it’s connections to the rest of the body she chose to specialise in the area of Neurology. She worked as a physiotherapist in London and in Dublin for the next 13 years.
While working as a rehabilitative neurological physiotherapist she was introduced to acupuncture and this prompted her to commence studying Jin Shin Jyutsu in 2000 taking her first class with Philomena Dooley.
Majella takes joy in delving deep into the study and research of all of the relationships and connections within Jin Shin Jyutsu. She looks forward to sharing the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu with students around the world.
