The Elsie Gelpi Rubin Foundation Grant For the Hearing Impaired
We are pleased to announce a new grant that we have available for
hearing impaired students. Beginning this year and through 2019 we will
award grant funds to students who apply for grant assistance that meet
our requirements and have a hearing impairment. The grant pays for
tuition assistance and will provide for a signer in a 5 Day Basic
Seminar. We would like to acknowledge and thank Connie Rubin and the
Elsie Gelpi Rubin Foundation for making this grant possible.
